Geraldine Mae Leask

3/8/1936 -- 4/12/2022

Gerry was born on March 8th, 1936 in Emmett, Idaho, to Melvin and Elma Gardner. The family moved to Seattle at the beginning of World War II. Gerry graduated from Highline High School and soon met the love of her life, Ken Leask. They were married and enjoyed 66 years together. Ken took very good care of Gerry with help from Cogir Memory Care toward the end of her life. She is survived by her husband Ken, brother Doyle, sister Linda (Larry), and her children Cindy (Art) and David (Wanda), grandchildren Andrea (Mike), and Danielle (Travis), 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

It is with sadness I learn today that my dear Highline HS friend/buddy passed away just recently. We enjoyed HS games, dances and reunions; I was in her bridal party; she was my Maid of Honor; have spent many evenings of cards and fun at their home on Wallingford Ave. As life goes in different directions, we lost track of each other over past many years. Rest in blessed peace, dear one.
