Elizabeth Anne Bouldin

Elizabeth “Betty” Bouldin was, among many things, a scholar and an adventurer. She sadly departed this world after a brief but decisive battle with cancer on November 6th, 2021 at age 74.

She was born to Kenneth and Anne Shrider in Cleveland, Ohio on March 4th, 1947.  After graduating from high school, Betty had the opportunity to study in Tampa, Florida; there she met her husband, Allen Bouldin, and together they had a child.

Betty loved learning and studied everything from Accounting to Theatre Arts to Theology, even earning a teaching certification along the way. Betty also enjoyed travel and outdoor adventures; she volunteered as a Girl Scout Troop Leader, sharing with others her love of adventure and travel. She also volunteered as a Youth Pastor for the Unitarian Church, adding a theatrical shine to her theological lessons.

Betty leaves behind daughters Mary and Amanda, grandsons Blake, Zack, and Thomas, and great-grandson Ashton.

A Zoom memorial service is scheduled for 11 am on November 28th, 2021 through the Unitarian Universalist church of Woodinville Washington. More information can be found @ http://bettybouldin.com. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you please donate to the American Cancer Society.
