Monica and Diana,
My heart goes out to you and your family during this unexpected loss. I can't imagine the sadness you are experiencing and may you find comfort in your memories of your brother.

Mark

Cesar you will be truly missed. This synopsis is only a small part about how big your heart was and how stubborn your head was to never saying no to helping or learning to be there as a friend. I will forever remember your kindness and selfishness with all the help you gave me here in the VI after hurricanes Irma and Maria in the information technology field.
