I was saddened to read of Lou's passing in today's Seattle Times (5/16). I have such fond memories of Lou and you, Flo, at St. Martin"s. My thoughts and prayers will be with the whole family, but especially you Flo. Both of you blessed my life each time I worked with you. In Christian love, Ginny

I was so sorry to hear of Lou's passing . Great words in the obituary, describing him as full of grace ... one of the kindest grandparents I ever had the pleasure of getting to know through Lynn, and her daughters when Emily was my student. My sympathy to you Flo...you also are a wonderful soul, and I am glad that you found each other and shared a wonderful life together,- you are in my prayers for comfort- and I wish the same to the girls, Emily and Elise, God give you strength and love. I always remember that Lou (and Flo) would always send me a thank you card after each performance they came to for Emily...it was the kindest, most caring gesture that this choir teacher ever knew...God be with you all...a great soul he was.... love you all, always, Wendy Shepherd
