Diane, I am so sorry for your loss. The photos show a lovely joyful woman who was cherished by her family. A life well lived. I could tell from your Facebook posts that her last illness was long and I could also see that you and you family provided tender, loving care. She always looked happy. Blessings to all. Hold each other close. “Well done thou good and faithful servant.”

I have always been impressed with the true kindness of this woman and her husband. I only have fond and Pleasant memories of times shared together for which I count myself blessed. To have known both her, her husband and her family is a treasure. I am excited for her now that she has no more pain, discomfort or questions, and is in the presence of our heavenly Father!

To the Moreno family and friends, I am sadden to hear of the loss of Mrs. Lupita Moreno. I first met the Moreno family in 1975, when I moved to the Washington, DC area. My friend, Deborah, and I were inseparable for many years and during this period, I had the opportunity to spend time with this wonderful and loving family. Mrs. Moreno was always a kind, caring and gentle woman who walked with a sense of grace, dignity and pride at all times.
Please know that you are all in my thoughts and I pray you will continue to honor your mom with your happy memories and celebrate her life.

God Bless and stay safe,
Gretchen K. Athias
