Douglas Lloyd Middleton

July 2, 1966 – January 31, 2019

After a short illness, surrounded by family and friends, 52 year old Doug Middleton passed peacefully into the waiting arms of his late mother, Patricia.

Born in Seattle, Doug spent most of his life in the Edmonds area, graduating from Meadowdale High.

He was passionate about anything with wheels and a motor, from go carts to motorcycles to sporty cars. Having owned businesses in the Edmonds/ Lynnwood area, Doug was an expert auto detailer, often working with his brothers by his side.
When he wasn’t tinkering with computers, vehicles or pursuing his photography hobby, he would be enjoying a football game. He was looking forward to watching this year’s Super Bowl game with his brother; he didn’t miss it – he had the best seat in the house!

Doug leaves brothers Mike Middleton of Everett, Scott Middleton of Centralia, father Gordie Middleton and stepmom Faith. Several loving nieces and nephews stood vigil by his sickbed and he received lifelong support from close friends - all who will miss him dearly.

In honor of his giving nature, others will benefit from his organ donation.

A private family memorial will be held at a later time.
