Sharron Kay Cerutti

Sharron Cerutti

8/8/1943 ~ 1/30/2017

Monday evening, January 30th, our mother passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.  With heavy hearts, we say goodbye but know she is reunited with our father John, our sister Marie and so many of her other relatives.

Mom grew up in San Diego, California where she met and married the love of her life, dad.  They later moved to Port Angeles, Washington, raised a family and began their journey to find the treasures of the beach.

There was not an obstacle or challenge that mom could not overcome.  She sacrificed so much for her family and she gave the gift of sight in her final moment.  Her beautiful green eyes will live on.

Without a doubt, mom’s passion in life was her family, walking the beach and good food.  Mom cherished her grandchildren, Amanda, Giovanni, Jeremiah and Summer.

Sharron is survived by her daughter, Sherrie (wife Karen) and her son, John Jr. (wife Heather), her grandchildren and many dear family and friends.

“Mom, we miss you terribly and will see you again one day soon!”

A celebration of her life will be held February 11, 2017, 1:00 p.m., at the Port Angeles Yacht Club.  (1305 Marine Drive, Port Angeles, WA  98363)

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Olympic Peninsula Humane Society.  (1743 Old Olympic Highway, Port Angeles, WA  98362)

I love you Auntie. You always gave your all and loved everyone. You will be in sainthood status for surviving all of Uncle John's antics. I'm sure he has a surprise ready for you, just to watch you laugh. It will be nice when the miles no longer keep up apart and we can party for eternity. I hate that I can't have one more visit.
