David Lomelino Crowder, a Seattle resident for several years, died February 13, 2015 at Bailey Boushay House. He was 60 years old.

Originally from Evanston, Illinois, on January 19, 1955, he was born to Louis and Patricia Crowder. David attended the University of Connecticut, where he earned a Bachelor's degree. He was later employed by the School of Medicine at Yale University as a transcriptionist.

David's interests included history and travel, and he was an especially talented classical pianist. He was a warm and caring person, a devoted son and brother, and a good uncle.

Preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Robert, David is survived by nephews Edward Crowder, Bruce Crowder, and niece Lorial Crowder. David's ashes will be scattered over the Mediterranean Sea at a later date.
