Dear Blakesley/Starowski Family,
I was looking at our intertwined families trees (really a very large forest) and came across your parents obituary. Alan, Donna,Steven and Robert and your extended families, I am very sorry for your loss. I noticed how much our fathers look quite similar, they both have the same big forehead- face, smile, hairline, teeth, ears and those blakesley/ee blue eyes! My dad, Claude Duwane Blakeslee passed on 12/28/20017, he was 89. His obituary is obituary has a much younger picture, if you Google his name you will see the family resemblance! What I am trying to find out is your great (etc.) grandmothers maiden name was from our trees. We all are descendants from Sylvanus Blatchly-Blakesley-Blakeslee SR of Great Briton born in Essexshire, western England-1490 to unknown. Some of the early wife's names were Joan Hughes and Sara Morse and Hannah Potter. Of course hundreds of others! Can one of you please tell me who your father and his father's dad are related to on the tree. Please reply to my email or you can call me directly @ (650) 755-5536.
Always my best wishes in life and love,
Steven and Robin Blakeslee
