Nancy lived in Seattle since 1930 when she moved with her family from birthplace Tacoma, Washington. 1942 graduate of Roosevelt High School where she was a member of Golden Spurs; she attended U.W. where she was a member of Alpha Phi Sorority and the U.W. Cheerleading Squad. She was active in Ryther. She participated in land development industry for 16 years where she served as notary public for company with which she was affiliated, retiring from University Savings Bank in 1989.
Survived by husband, Frank A. Evans, son, Jeffrey A. Curtis, and daughter Judith A. Ray. Nancy has 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and six nieces and nephews.
We’ll miss her quick wit, humor, and big heart and her recipes will live on as a reminder of what a great cook she was.
