Hal B. Gordon, age 62, passed away on March 14, 2018, after a long battle with cancer. He was born Aug. 5,1955, in Aberdeen, Wash. and was raised in Elma and attended Elma High School. He resided in McCleary, Wash.
He worked as a logger and log truck driver for years. Hal enjoyed agriculture and farming as a side job and as a home hobby. Hal loved hunting in Alaska, Montana and Idaho. He also enjoyed vacations to Mexico and family get togethers.
He is preceded in death by his wife Debra Gordon and parents Russell and Betty Helland Gordon. He is survived by his son Dustin and wife Sina, Oakville; siblings Gary (Candi), Elma, Rex, Montesano, Merry Ann, McCleary, Tim, Elma, Missy, Olympia, Fred (Leslie), Marysville, Scott (Grace), Wisconsin and extended family and friends.
A Celebration of life will be held at the McCleary VFW on Saturday, March 24, 2018, at 2 p.m.
