Doris M. Reed

Doris M. Reed, born on February 3, 1932, passed away on Thursday April 26, 2018, at the age of 86 years. Born in New York state and having lived in many parts of the country, Doris settled in Seattle, where she attended the University of Washington. She was a faithful West Seattle resident for over fifty years. Doris will be lovingly remembered for her kindness, her beautiful garden, and love of nature, including wildlife and her many companion animals. Doris also loved puzzles and word games, which she consistently won. She is survived by her step-sister Rita, nephew John, nieces Jean, and Jenny, and her dear friends. A memorial service will be held at the Providence Mount St. Vincent chapel on Thursday, May 10, at 2:30 pm.
