Colt de Wolf, age 62, of Seattle, Washington, passed away on July 9, 2022, in his home surrounded by his sister Ainslee, brother Buck and his two cats Dede and Penny after a heroic battle with cancer. Colt also had a keen interest in spiritual exploration as a member of the Center for Spiritual Living and The Church of Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness. My dear friend Colt, I have thought of you for some decades. Last night I thought of you and thanks to the power of we, I spent the night running into you at first, then trying to find you and my missing guitar for hours. The time spent was as beautiful as life could be. Our trip with my then girlfriend, Suzie G, spent spring-break in Key West. At the Pirate Coves campground. I wrote one of my favorite poems on a moonlit night in Daytona.

COLD AND DAMP
Cold and damp misty dew melts from skies of velvet blue , washing away my broken body carring away my broken body, washing away my broken dreams.
hoping they'll gather by tomorrow a new sunrise for me.....well it's a new beginning, it's a new day, I found that I'd been looking for , t'was here, not there all along a beginning with no end the infinity never here.

Colt I have known you for quite some time but it was yesterday. I see you had an adventure for this part of life. It brings me the greatest joy to call you a friend. Until we meet again and again and again, Peace be with you Colt de Wolf. I'll see you soon!
