Cesar Mayorga, resident of Seattle, Washington, passed away on March 6th, 2024, at the age of 45. Born on June 20th, 1978, in Cali, Colombia, to Betty and James Mayorga.
At the age of 16, Cesar relocated to New York state, where he quickly adapted to a new language and culture, graduating high school.
Throughout his life, Cesar pursued a myriad of passions. From his culinary expertise in crafting intricate meals for loved ones to his mastery in mixing cocktails, Cesar's hospitality and warmth knew no bounds. An aficionado of punk rock and an accomplished guitar player, his love for music resonated deeply, evident in his extensive vinyl collection.
Summers were a time of adventure for Cesar, as he reveled in traveling, gardening, harpoon fishing, and bike riding, immersing himself in the beauty of the outdoors.
In the fall of 2013, Cesar crossed paths with Beth Otto in Portland, Oregon, where their shared interests in baking, bike riding, and outdoor exploration kindled a romance that led them on numerous adventures across various locales, including Portland, the US Virgin Islands, and ultimately, Seattle, Washington, where they settled in 2021.
Cesar's professional journey was as diverse as his interests, with each endeavor reflecting his insatiable curiosity and talent. He ultimately found fulfillment and success as a Pharmacy technician.
Cesar remained deeply connected to his roots in Colombia, fostering enduring relationships with friends and family. Through daily memes and jokes, he kept the bonds of friendship strong, bridging the miles with laughter and camaraderie.
Cesar is survived by his parents Betty and James, his two sisters Monica and Diana and his wife Beth.
May he be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and zest for life, leaving behind cherished memories for all who knew him.
